Pricing, Policies & Requirements
All prices, fees and payments are in U.S. dollars, and are due in full prior to the commencement of services. All materials must be paid in advance. We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard and American Express using PayPal, you can pay electronically using PayPal, E-Gold or Western Union (you must be in a country that will allow you to pay to a Western Union Account Number).
Checks are only accepted from known U.S. corporations drawn on known local banks. Services may not commence until after funds are transferred and made good. Fraudulent checks or transactions will be persecuted. Checks returned or charged by the bank for insufficient funds will cause a fee of $5 to be assessed and payment must be made good by other means before services commence.
Refunds
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, transfers or extensions. Services purchased for one student may not be transferred to or shared with another or others.
Expenses
In the case of on-site work; travel, outings and field trips or social incursions which may be scheduled at the request of the client with the approval of Native English, the client is responsible for all expenses and hosting of the instructor. Retainer is required for these types of extra services.
Cancellations / Reschedules
24 hour (Native Enterprises local time) notice of cancellation is requested in order to avoid being charged for the time reserved. This means that if you are not in the eastern United States, there may be additional time necessary. There is a $25 fee for all late canellations and no shows.
Limitations
Reports and Forms are not included with services. If requested and agree to, there will be an extra fee accessed for this additional service. Sessions running overtime are charges to account in 15 minute i8ncrements rounded up. Services are available during standard business hours and rarely do we provide instruction outside of this. Of concession is made, there will be an extra fee for extended hours of service.
Expiration
It is recommended that students maintain a minimum of one lesson per week in order for the study to be effective. Students will have access to the web-based courses for 10 weeks from the date of purchase. Live instruction hours should be used at the same time.
Materials
Most materials are provided online. In some cases or by request there are books and CDs available for an additional fee.
Punctuality
Appointment begin at the time scheduled. If you are late, you lose the time. Time cannot be made up nor payments refunded.
Protocol
No interruptions: turn off cell phones and ask colleague not to interrupt you.
Your conversations can certainly wait for 90 minutes.
Come to class prepared and ready to work.
Do your homework as instructed and on time.
Expectations
Students are expected to cooperate with the instructor, try to complete all study assignments and practice with the instructor as directed. Acceptance of all students for enrollment is at the discretion of Native English.
Student Qualifications
Native English provides instruction to adult students only, age 21 or over. Limited English proficiency is expected, but enough English proficiency is necessary to register, enroll and follow basic instructions is necessary. This requires an intermediate level of verbal comprehension and vocabulary. A level of technical proficiency is also required, as we do not teach computer operation.
Native English is for intermediate and advanced students of English. Beginners are advised to purchase books, tape and CDs for language study and practice. Work with these until you have enough proficiency to do the Native English remote lessons.
